PROTECT®Ant Gel Bait is a bait station containing insecticidal gel designed for the complete elimination of ant colonies.
The product contains both a contact insecticide and an insect growth regulator, providing rapid and long-lasting control.
Suitable for use in living areas, kitchens, utility rooms, terraces and around gardens.
Active ingredients
Imidacloprid – 0.01% (0.1 g/kg)
S-Methoprene – 0.08% (0.8 g/kg)

Mode of action
Imidacloprid acts on the nervous system of ants.
S-Methoprene, an insect growth regulator (IGR), prevents egg laying and disrupts larval development.
Most ants die within 14 days, while complete colony elimination may take up to 12 weeks.
Directions for use
Place the bait station on a vertical surface.
Remove the transparent sealing disc from the top of the station.
Firmly press the top of the capsule with your finger so that the gel flows into the bait station.
Replace the sealing disc to prevent moisture from entering.
Position the bait station horizontally along ant trails or near the entrance to the nest.
Do not allow the gel to overflow from the station.
In case of heavy infestation, use several bait stations simultaneously.
If ants do not visit the bait, move the station to another location.
While using this bait, do not use other insecticides (sprays, aerosols, powders or similar products), as they may repel ants from the bait.
Additional information
The gel can be removed from surfaces using hot water and detergent.
Empty packaging may be disposed of with household waste.
The gel may stain fabrics and textiles.
