PROTECT®PLUS Bed Bug and Flea Control Spray

PROTECT®PLUS is a ready-to-use spray designed for the control of bed bugs and fleas indoors. The product not only eliminates pests but also disrupts their life cycle, preventing immature stages from developing into adult insects. Thanks to its combination of active ingredients, it provides long-lasting and effective protection.

Applications

Intended for the control of bed bugs and fleas in residential, public, and commercial premises.

Suitable for treating bed bug hiding places, cracks, crevices, upholstered furniture, carpets, floors, and other infested surfaces.

Action and Effectiveness

The product works through direct contact, eliminating pests while interrupting their development cycle. Due to its repellent effect, hidden insects may emerge from their hiding places during treatment, allowing direct application of the product.

Directions for Use

Activate the spray nozzle and shake the bottle before use.

Treat all areas where pest activity has been observed, paying special attention to cracks, crevices, furniture joints, carpet edges, floor gaps, and upholstery seams.

Ventilate the treated room thoroughly after application.

Do not spray directly onto electrical equipment, food products, people, pets, or plants.

Bed Bug Control

Carefully treat bed frames, headboards, mattress edges, bedside tables, furniture near beds, wardrobes, drawers, upholstered furniture, cracks in walls and floors, carpets, curtains, electrical outlets, switches, and other potential hiding places.

Due to the repellent effect, hidden bed bugs may emerge during treatment. Spray them directly with the product.

Do not treat bed linen or clothing. Wash them at the highest permitted temperature (preferably at least 60°C) alongside room treatment.

Dosage: approximately 15 ml per 1 m².

One bottle is sufficient to treat approximately 30 m².

Flea Control

Carefully treat upholstered furniture, carpets, floors and floor gaps, walls up to 1 metre high, areas under furniture, and pet bedding.

Dosage: approximately 5 ml per 1 m².

One bottle is sufficient to treat approximately 80 m².

Do not wash treated surfaces for at least 1 week after application. Repeat treatment after cleaning or if infestation persists.

S-Methoprene – 0.295% (CAS No. 65733-16-6)

Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract – 0.360% (CAS No. 89997-63-7)

Piperonyl Butoxide – 0.383% (CAS No. 51-03-6)

Tetramethrin – 0.098% (CAS No. 7696-12-0)

Safety Information

EUH208 – Contains n-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide and Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract. May cause an allergic reaction.

Keep out of reach of children.

Avoid breathing spray mist.

Do not use in the presence of children, pets, especially cats.

Do not apply directly to animals, plants, or food products.

Cats are particularly sensitive to pyrethroid-based active substances.

Risk Mitigation Measures

Use only for insect control.

Do not spray directly on people, animals, or plants.

In case of flea infestation caused by pets, treat animals simultaneously with a suitable veterinary product.

Avoid contamination of food, food-contact surfaces, cutlery, children’s toys, animal feed, and pet areas.

Remove or cover aquariums, terrariums, and pet cages before treatment and switch off aeration systems.

No unauthorized persons or pets should be present during application.

Treated areas may only be re-entered after complete drying and thorough ventilation.

Wash hands thoroughly after use.

First Aid Measures

If inhaled: move to fresh air. Seek medical advice if symptoms occur.

If on skin: remove contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly with soap and water.

If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

If swallowed: rinse mouth with water, drink water, and seek immediate medical attention.

Environmental Protection

Do not allow the product or its residues to enter drains, soil, or natural water bodies.

Storage

Store in the original tightly closed container away from food, beverages, and animal feed. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place protected from sunlight, heat, and ignition sources.

Waste Disposal

Dispose of unused product and empty packaging in accordance with local regulations. Where possible, dispose of as hazardous waste.
