FEROBAND adhesive trap for pantry moths

FeroBand is a monitoring device for detecting and controlling pantry moths.

The device contains a pheromone that attracts male pantry moths and a natural adhesive to which they stick.

This helps interrupt the moth reproduction cycle and reduce the number of pests.

This method helps naturally control pantry moths, which can cause serious damage to food products.

Intended for monitoring and controlling pantry moths in food storage areas.

FeroBand can be used in food shops, warehouses, homes and other places where food products are stored.

Suitable for use in areas where the following products are stored:

Grains.

Groats.

Cereals.

Nuts.

Dried fruits.

Cocoa and chocolate products.

Medicinal herbs.

Tobacco.

Installation and use

Remove the protective paper.

Hang the device in a place where pantry moths have been seen or may be present.

It is recommended to place the device near walls or in room corners where food products are stored.

The devices can also be placed between bags containing large quantities of stored food products.

Do not place the device in draughty areas.

In unheated rooms, pheromone devices are recommended for use from April to October, when the air temperature reaches approximately +12 to +15 °C.

In heated rooms, the devices can be used all year round.

The pheromone attracts moths for approximately 6 weeks after installation.

After 6 weeks, the device should be replaced with a new one.

Recommendations for use

For better effectiveness, it is recommended to check the adhesive trap regularly.

If the sticky surface is full of insects or has become dirty, the device should be replaced.

Food products in which moth eggs or larvae are found should be destroyed.

In case of infestation, it is recommended to carefully inspect all food storage shelves and products.

Keep out of reach of children.

Do not touch the sticky surface.

Wash hands after use.
