DETIA®mole trap, pincer type

Effective mechanical trap for catching moles and field mice in active underground tunnels.

The trap is suitable for use in gardens, lawns, landscaped areas and other places where mole or field mouse activity has been observed.

Instructions for use

Open mole or field mouse tunnels along a length of 15–20 cm.

Check the opened areas after approximately 2 hours.

If one or more openings are filled with soil again, the tunnel is active.

Place the trap in the active tunnel according to the illustration shown on the packaging.

Close the opening by placing a light covering material over it, such as a piece of turf or a light bucket.

When the trap handles are pressed together, the trap is set.

When the trap handles open, the animal has been caught.

Recommendations for use

It is recommended to place the trap only in active tunnels.

Before setting the trap, make sure that the tunnel is being used regularly.

For better results, check several tunnels and choose the ones with the most visible activity.

In some countries, moles are protected animals, so it is recommended to check local regulations before use.

To avoid accidental catching of moles and to attract field mice, potatoes, celery or carrots may be used.

Do not allow children to handle the trap.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Check the installed trap regularly.
