An effective solution for detecting and controlling the presence of clothes moths in enclosed indoor spaces.
The BIOSTOP®monitor helps detect infestation in time and locate its source in wardrobes, closets and other clothing storage areas.
Application
Intended for monitoring and controlling clothes moths (Tineola bisselliella) in enclosed indoor spaces.
Advantages
Inside the monitor there is a pheromone, imperceptible to humans, which attracts male clothes moths for a period of 10–12 weeks.
The moths stick to the adhesive surface and die.
By using several monitors, it is possible to identify clothes moth infested areas more accurately.
Regular presence of moths in the monitor indicates a high level of infestation.
The monitors can also be used preventively to detect the appearance of new clothes moths in time.
The monitors are odourless and do not create an unpleasant smell.
Not effective against pantry moths.
Use
Fold the monitor into a triangular shape and open it.
Remove approximately 2 cm of the protective paper from the sticky surface.
Remove the lure from the sealed sachet and place it in the centre of the monitor on the hanger.
Insert the hanger part into the openings of the monitor and remove the remaining protective paper.
Fold the monitor, secure its shape and attach it to the other side of the hanger.
Hang the monitor in a wardrobe or place it on a shelf.
Do not touch the sticky surface.
It is recommended to use at least one monitor in each wardrobe.
When the monitor is filled with insects, dispose of it with household waste.
Storage
Store in the original, unopened packaging.
Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
Shelf life: 24 months.
