BIOPREN®6 EC Plus Bed Bug and Flea Concentrate
BIOPREN®6 EC Plus is a professional insecticide concentrate designed for the control of bed bugs and fleas indoors. The product not only repels and eliminates insects but also interrupts their life cycle, preventing larvae from developing into reproductive adults.
Thanks to the insect growth regulator S-Methoprene, the product is also effective against pests resistant to synthetic pyrethroids.
Applications
For the control of bed bugs and fleas in residential, public, and commercial premises.
Suitable for the treatment of cracks, crevices, upholstered furniture, carpets, floors, and other infested surfaces.
Preparation of Working Solution
Shake the concentrate before use.
Measure the required amount of product and close the bottle after use.
Fill the sprayer halfway with water.
Add the measured concentrate.
Fill with water to the required volume and mix thoroughly.
Use the prepared solution within 24 hours.
Action and Effectiveness
The product acts through direct contact, therefore special attention should be paid to insect hiding places, cracks, and crevices.
Treat surfaces evenly.
Effectiveness may be reduced on highly porous surfaces such as brick, plaster, or cement render.
Always test the solution on a small inconspicuous area before large-scale treatment.
Bed Bug Control
Dosage: 50 ml of BIOPREN® 6 EC Plus per 5 litres of water.
Particularly important treatment areas include:
bed frames and headboards
mattress edges
bedside tables
wardrobes and drawers
sofas and upholstered furniture
curtain folds and rails
cracks in walls, floors, and ceilings
parquet, linoleum, and carpet edges
wallpaper seams
backs of mirrors, pictures, and wall-mounted equipment
electrical sockets and switches
Even the smallest crack may serve as an insect hiding place.
During treatment, previously hidden bed bugs may emerge and should be sprayed directly.
Do not treat bed linen. Wash at a minimum of 60°C whenever possible.
Five litres of working solution is sufficient for approximately 100 m².
Flea Control
Dosage: 20 ml of BIOPREN® 6 EC Plus per 5 litres of water.
Treat:
floors
carpets
floor coverings
walls up to approximately 1 metre high
cracks and crevices
pet resting areas
Vacuum all surfaces thoroughly before treatment.
Wash fabrics at a minimum of 60°C whenever possible.
In animal housing, treat floors and walls up to approximately 1 metre high.
Do not wash treated surfaces for at least one week after application.
If infestation persists, repeat treatment after 2–3 weeks.
Important Information
The product contains a pyrethroid-based active substance.
Cats are particularly sensitive to pyrethroids.
Do not use in areas frequently occupied by cats.

Use treated areas only after complete drying and ventilation.
First Aid
If inhaled: move to fresh air.
If in eyes: rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
If on skin: wash thoroughly with soap and water.
If swallowed: do not induce vomiting and seek immediate medical attention.

Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 35°C.
Protect from direct sunlight.
